Cytophil, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Dr. William “Bill” Hubbard with the mission to design, develop, and manufacture innovative and cost-effective solutions for the vocal, orthopedic, dental, and aesthetic markets.The foundation of Cytophil began in Dr. Hubbard’s basement in his hometown of East Troy, WI.
