As a Solutions Architect for the Americas, I'm responsible for providing pre-sales technical support, product presentation, management of product evaluations, and deployment design. My ability to present and articulate the capabilities and value of Extreme solutions versus our competitors is one of my key differentiators. In addition to exceptional sales and consultative skills, I also leverage my experience and understanding of network infrastructure and security technologies. I have experience in the following areas: • Relationship Building - both direct account and partner • Solution Design - architecting the optimal solution by combining hardware, software, and services to meet customer’s needs• Solution Presentation - development of the bid and proposal, and presenting the solution to the prospect • Network Engineering - design and configuring complex hardware and software solutions• Competitive Knowledge - solutions, technology, and product offerings Additionally, I work to actively build executive relationships, including but not limited to, the CIO and CISO. These relationships are instrumental in my drive to establish Extreme’s technical credibility as well as understanding the customers business challenge, and advance Extreme’s account presence and penetration.
