The tasks have been developing, optimizing and rationalizing the division and improvement of support to the Group's overall sales organization. After one year the division had a profit which was an improvement of approx. DKK 400,000 per. months.In Klimax was I responsible for 60 skilled workers and blue collars workers and 8 white collars. There has been made at turn-around in the company. The essentials was reducing the costs with about 25%, productivity improvement with about 30% and reducing stocks by 50%.
