As of November 2017, I am the help desk manager for Verity, A HealthStream Company. I provide 1st and 2nd level support for the Support team. I work with Senior Director of Support to ensure help desk tickets are closed in a timely manner. I also work with the Senior Director to create and maintain support Team statistical and performance reports. I am involved in the interviewing and training of new hires for the department. I have been involved in many internal projects, including the improvement of internal documentation, migrating of test databases for our hosted clients, as well as an ongoing client Internet migration project.

Beginning in January 2015, I joined the Morrisey help desk and am responsible for assisting customers with their MSOW software issues.I troubleshoot technology issues related to MSOW, Morrisey's credentialing software. I organize on-the-spot calls and screen-sharing sessions with clients to resolve these issues. I investigate client's servers and databases to pinpoint potential errors and software bugs.

As an Inside Sales Representative, I provided strong sales leads to our sales team through extensive communication with decision makers in case management & quality departments of health systems.Morrisey Associates has been an industry leader in providing high-quality customized software since its inception in 1987. Morrisey develops and supports Web-based applications relating to physician credentialing and integrated care management.

As a sales support specialist for Tango2, I was responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare organizations that may need consulting services to help them with the installation/maintenance process of their IT systems.I was responsible for building our contact base and contacting thousands of potential clients through emails and phone calls. Through web research and contacts developed inside of healthcare systems, I found healthcare-related RFPs that fit the expertise of our resources.For my last two years there, I was responsible for editing and writing articles for our monthly newsletter. I was also the administrator of Tango2's Facebook & Twitter pages.

I research trends in healthcare IT and conduct interviews with C-level executives. I was promoted in April 2008 to a senior market research associate, a position in which I mentor and help manage a group of MRAs.
