Imparta is a global technology-driven sales effectiveness consultancy and SaaS provider in the B2B sales space. I built the Asia Pacific operations, building a partner network across the region, heading up efforts to land major accounts, and expanding product capabilities. Achievements• Sold and managed implementation of SaaS solution to support the growth of Australia-based technology company, expanding to USA and UK operations. • Implemented an integrated, multi-technology Sales Academy for global technology company’s Asian ops. Increased sales revenue and account penetration and created $5 in EBITDA for every $1 invested.• Created and executed integrated development programme for major building products company in SEA, resulting in 53% growth in deal size and 100% improvement in GM. • Facilitated account coaching workshop to set strategy to retain major account, grow sales and share of wallet, leading to exceeding sales targetResponsibilities • Identify local and regional sales opportunities, deepen penetration of existing accounts to grow revenue, negotiate complicated sales contracts for mutual benefit, and modify account relationships to improve profitability• Create a regional network of partnerships by identifying quality partners, validating them against business requirements, developing their capabilities and cultivating long-term relationships• Coach sales team members to address skill and competency gaps, client opportunities and challenges and lead generation strategies• Deliver training, coaching and speaking events around the world on such topics as sales, finance, leadership, marketing, and strategy• Design and create sales effectiveness technology, consulting and training programmes to leverage, including simulations, workshops, social media, coaching, and webcasts
