* Launched a brand new content type for Yelp, "Questions and Answers," and managed that project to maturity quickly over a period of 6 months. * Reported to the VP of Consumer Product, and worked with product managers across the company (15+) on a day-to-day basis. * Managed the tools for the Yelp Elite and supporting the operations of the 100+ Community Managers at Yelp globally. * Coordinated with cross-functional team leaders in Spam, Content Moderation, and various User Experience teams* Avid mentor: lead a 6 month training course for new product managers and created a 13 module training program based on generic and specific product-related topics at Yelp

* Managed the Merchant Shipping and Returns Program for all third party merchants selling on the Amazon platform. Responsibilities included development of the business and engineering roadmap, pricing, and policy decisions for this area of the Amazon platform. * Influenced the roadmap on 5 different teams with over 30 engineers. * Participated in the creation of Amazon's yearly planning document for our organization* Hosted our SVP's annual meeting, a three-hours event for 700 people.

* Managed a team of 10 engineers working on the next generation of financing & accounting tools for Amazon's third party sellers.* Managed a team of 6 engineers working on the Registration and Account Settings platform for Amazon Marketplaces. * Proposed and led an international summit in Seattle with over 40 stakeholders from across the company to identify duplicated efforts and design the next generation of registration tools. * Spent a month in Hyderabad, India for training and Kaizen events. * Co-authored three patents.

* Designed and implemented new software projects for Amazon in two different organizational areas. * Attended on-site training in Reno, Nevada to learn about operations in Amazon's fulfillment centers
