They will learn about the first aid action plan for mental health, be able to put it in place and know how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.The two-day course goes into greater detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. The two-day course is aimed at supervisor level or people who want to become Mental Health First Aiders within their workplace.I'm also a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission CQC, supporting and advising CQC inspectors on their inspections to help maintain standards across Health and social care organisations.
