• Researched, evaluated, and installed Department wide back-up system (Overland Storage Neo tape library and Arkeia Network Backup software). This system proved invaluable as it prevented catastrophic data loss on.

• Configured and installed 10/100 MB switched Ethernet network on residence campus allowing students to access the internet from their dorm rooms.
• Installed new campus-wide email system (Digital Unix and PMDF MTA) and wrote procedure for migrating users to the new system. Created scripts to automatically add users to the system, saving time and eliminating errors.
• Managed staff of 5 responsible for campus-wide academic systems and college’s ATM/Ethernet network. Achieved 100% uptime for both network and systems.
