  As a general laborer my responsibilities grew as my experience grew. I started off on being a machine operator and soon was learning multiple machines so that I could help cover different shifts as need or help relive people when the go to break or take their lunch. As my years and experience went up I continued to add to my workable skills. Mix master was my next skill that I picked up. I was able to seamlessly transition from any food production line as often as needed. de-palletise and palletise skills were picked up during the non-harvest season. I was able to operate and trouble shoot the machine while line was running and conduct as visual inspection of the product both on the pallet and on the line. My newest skills and responsibilities came when I left the country for a short while. I was offered a partnership opportunity and decided to expand my knowledge. During my partnership experience I learned management skills for both day shift and night shift, how to survey location for a build site, properly apply for construction/renovation permits, business permits, business name registration, comply with tax documents, set up appointments and install local utilities.
