-Transitioned the company to a remote work model in response to the first Covid-19 shutdown with zero downtime, allowing us to stay ahead of our competitors and leading to increased productivity, efficiency, and revenue in a historically challenging time.-Managed and completed company-wide Office 365 migration. Coordinated external vendors, consultants, and internal staff. Performed hands-on administration of related IT systems. Trained end-users.-Designed and implemented video conference solution leveraging Polycom hardware and Bluejeans.-Direct all IT tasks for major company-wide ERP implementation (Deltek Maconomy). Interface with vendor’s PMs and technical resources to facilitate installation, configuration, and integration of hardware, software, APIs, and other connections to 3rd party applications utilized by WI. Specified, sourced, configured, and installed required server hardware, SANs, and networking.-Championed and led project to establish digital asset management standards and process, including staffing, infrastructure planning, and end-user training. Reduced yearly storage costs by over $30k by creating archive system for legacy data.-Planned and executed all IT-related elements of WI’s New York and Chicago office relocations and opening of new Dallas and Miami offices - minimized downtime of critical systems, finished on-time and under budget while navigating extremely aggressive timelines.-Vetted, tested, negotiated with vendors, and installed new wireless system (Cisco Meraki) for LA, Chicago, NY, and Dallas offices. Improved performance, reporting, and remote management capabilities while limiting potential vulnerabilities and securing proprietary company data.
