• Acted as Lead Developer of 6-12 person team, both onshore and offshore, in developing enterprise class loan origination, underwriting and securitization system for Commercial Real Estate products. Commercial Real Estate Workbench (CREW) was selected as go forward application for all post-merger commercial loan origination.• Created object oriented design which allowed components to easily be leveraged and implemented in Service Oriented Architecture. Developed in ASP.Net, C# with a SQL Server database.• Incorporated 9 business units into CREW platform with approximately 600 users in 6 countries.• Designed multi-threaded windows service (Crew Broker Support) that handled back end processing for CREW system, sending updates to reporting database and other systems that depended on real time data from CREW. TIBCO EMS and TIBCO RV messaging were used in publishing updates from system to system.

System functionality included automated risk assessment and pricing.• Designed FUHEB Data Repository for data warehousing, which retrieved loan information from several systems across multiple platforms and combined them into centralized Oracle database. Data Repository was used for pipeline, portfolio, and loan sale reporting.
