Palo Alto Networks Headquarters, Santa Clara- Functioned as Construction Manager as part of a three-person construction management team for a new 650,000 sqft, $140m tenant improvement development.- Reviewed open RFI’s for cost, schedule or design impacts. Completed extensive change order analysis against entitlement, scope and rates.- Disseminated critical risk items to client and lead the project team solutioning and directed weekly coordination meetings with the general contractor, architect and design team. Facebook, Menlo Park- Managed the design, integration, and commissioning of security systems on Facebook new build projects in the Bay Area, North America and Latin America.- Conducted new builds ranging in size from 50,000 SQFT to 600,000 SQFT with direct management of contracts totaling $5m to $10m.- Directed the design and construction of security systems and technology for Facebook Executive Protection residential projects.- Created RFP’s, interviewed candidates and analyzed potential vendors for design, cost and workload capacity.UCSF Medical Center, Mission Bay- Acted as Project Manager within the construction management team for $20m of post-occupancy construction. - Ensured construction operations continued within a functioning hospital by coordinating with facilities management, clinical department management, and the infection control department. - Conducted interviews and analyzed architectural firm proposals on behalf of the owner for an additional phase of OSHPD projects in the medical center.

Galway Wind Park, Ireland- Worked during both design and construction phases of Ireland's largest on-shore wind farm with (58) 3MW wind turbines and (3) 110kV substations. - Reported directly to the Project Director and the Project Manager with proposed solutions for construction issues in the field.- Represented the company at on site meetings with subcontractors and the client.- Supervised subcontractor work on site and examined design proposals and calculations.- Generated RFI's, maintained submittal registers and performed quality control on site.
