Designed, built and maintained an automated long term vacation planning and schedule application integrated into a short term (8 week cycle) detailed work plan schedule for same district employees. All vacation and schedule change requests were logged, audited and approved/denied via this system. Employees had full visibility to their individual schedules via the web interface provided.Designed, built and maintained an automated Employee Safety Protection Plan module used by control center to efficiently track up to 1200 district employees. Physical plant terminal installation, underground, buried and aerial cable splicing and energizing. Cable cutovers up to 3600 pairs. Performed emergency restorative work when significant plant damages occured.

3 phase 15kv lead cable splicing, single phase 8kv concentric cable splicing. Training in all aspects of UG power cable installation and maintenance.

Involved with all aspects of plant cable (aerial,UG,buried,fiber optic) fault location, maintenance and repair. Cable locates and service wire dig and repair. Hands on knowledge of Puegas air dryer systems (tear down and rebuild).
