I have spent a career in the sales and advertising/marketing arena...and it has been so wonderful to be in an industry that is constantly in a state of flux and growth.Early years as entrepreneur of a software company that launched one of the beauty industry's first CRM program...and then moving on into traditional local broadcast advertising taught me the beginnings of both entrepreneurship AND corporate strategies.The last half of my working career has been as CEO of multiple companies that provide services in the marketing and advertising arenas. I've settled into the recruitment advertising niche as I find that I can employ a solid working application of both online and offline strategies - coupled with a keen appreciation of the role assorted technologies can play.In early 2024 I semi-retired and have been busy working to help get a new MMA sports entertainment production off the ground. It is a new fun and different direction for my still strong energy levels. Enjoying the passion and excitment of professional sports again in my life.

We developed the program in FoxPro - a text-based procedurally oriented programming language and DBMS, originally published by Fox Software and later by Microsoft, for MS-DOS, Windows, Macintosh, and UNIX.Our software install based grew to 150+ salons in Southern California; however, the large hair product companies jumped into the arena and we were unable to gain distribution fast enough to take advantage of the growth curve that the industry ultimately realized. I moved on into the broadcasting arena.
