He will establish and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of evolving technologies for the benefit of consumer satisfaction, operational efficiencies and competitive advantages within the healthcare industry.He serves as an innovative technology expert, working closely with the Operational Executive Leadership, IS Directors and VPs, and cross-functional technical teams, to align work efforts that implement and support an advancing digital footprint throughout the health system.His collaboration with key stakeholders to define the vision for transformation and integration of all Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies (ML, RPA, OCR, NLP, ChatGPT) has resulted in over $10M+ in savings.
