This was the 3rd acquisition I was part of during my 16 years with WestHost/UK2/THG.- Provide direction for all HR functions across THG's growing US presence, including 500 employees in multiple US locations (Kentucky, Texas, Arizona, New York, Florida, Utah).- Manage partner relationships with benefits administrators and brokers. I directed our group wide consolidation of health insurance benefits, payroll, and 401k administration to better manage costs and to improve operational efficiencies. - Provide direction, counsel and support to onsite HR leads with regard to sensitive people and operational issues, as well as providing recommendations to C level executives in the UK.- Report to the Head of People for THG in the UK. I provided recommendations and advice for group wide initiatives, processes and policies in the US. - Manage the talent acquisition within the US.- Support the operations of our Lviv, Ukraine office.- Assisted with a reduction in forces in our Lindon and Logan offices.
