I own and manage Ensign Recruiting, a professional recruiting, headhunting and HR consulting company located in northern Utah. With over 20 years of international recruiting and HR experience, I provide expert, personalized and affordable services, above what large agencies provide. We then maintained business operations in Utah for more than a decade. During this time, I assisted with three company acquisitions; UK2 Group, LDC, and THG, all based in the UK. My experience since 2008 has allowed me to work closely with employees in the UK and Europe. I have built and maintained talented teams from the ground up who have supported a global customer base. I directed our group wide consolidation of health insurance benefits, payroll, and 401k administration to better manage costs and to improve operational efficiencies. - Provide direction, counsel and support to onsite HR leads with regard to sensitive people and operational issues, as well as providing recommendations to C level executives in the UK.- Report to the Head of People for THG in the UK. I provided recommendations and advice for group wide initiatives, processes and policies in the US. - Manage the talent acquisition within the US.- Support the operations of our Lviv, Ukraine office.- Assisted with a reduction in forces in our Lindon and Logan offices.
