About Brian Channer

My extensive community work over the past 20 years has allowed me to engage with a multitude of peoples from different classes, cultures, ethnic groups and religions where I have continuously been regarded as a relatable role model. I have collaborated with a number of charities developing and implementing programmes on sexual health and drug awareness, challenging discrimination, creative thinking, leadership, networking and job-seeking skills. I have also worked with two Mayors of London on a national campaign aimed at secondary schools to improve education levels and on a national scheme for mentoring and training adult men. I am a huge believer in giving back and helping out the community I have dedicated my life to. I feel that I can make a difference in my local district as well as with London-wide issues.
