● Provide full-time onsite GMP and non-GMP calibration services of pressure, temperature, humidity instruments, gas detectors, and analytical equipment for Gilead Sciences.● Ensure all calibrations are performed in accordance to Gilead's calibration program, other applicable SOP's, and be in compliance with GMPs as required. ● Proficient experience using Maximo as the primary CMMS asset management/work order system.● Provide ongoing administrative support to team in the preparation of daily calibrations, real-time calibrations, and the closeout of calibrations performed by the end of day.● Submit updates to the calibration schedule, and update asset information as needed.● Gather, review, and submit new asset inductions to be entered in Gilead's asset management system.● Assist with daily scheduling of calibrations with consideration of standard limitations, resources, availability of assets, and safety.
