My job at BeastCode as a 3D Artist included the following:- Working in fast paced, collaborative team environment with strong communication skills amongst your team and others- Using 2D blueprints and drawings to create 3D systems to be used for training and in house software. This involved working and constantly communicating with subject matter experts.- Creating 3D models using 3DS max with varying levels of fidelity depending on the task at hand- Texturing said models mainly using Substance Painter- Animating precise representations of different actions with varying complexities. (Often mechanical in nature) These animations would often be used for training purposes and would involve close communication with subject matter experts as well for the best outcome possible. - Rendering animations with the use of Marmoset, VRay and VRay Chaos to then be brought into after effects.- Learning programs such as Navisworks and Solidworks for specific task that came up- Learning and using Figma to work with other designers creating UI/UX designs
