Digital x Data x Health person* who likes to build businesses that solve real problems in health & care.Currently —>Personalizing cancer treatment - let alone meaningfully increasing survival - is a big lift. It takes a lot of science - a lot of studies - to move that mountain. That’s where real-world data and evidence become critical. We need a learning precision oncology ecosystem where >100X more research questions can get answered per unit time and cost. By dramatically reducing the time and cost required to generate that evidence, I personally believe that Real-World Data can make a difference in the lives of people living with cancer today and help the ecosystem accelerate new treatments for tomorrow. *In a previous life, I helped to make some of the cool ideas around “Digital Health” and “Digital Therapeutics” just a little more real by (1) making the science more credible through a series of reports, (2) making the relevant strategies more accessible to a broader audience through a book chapter (Navigating the Code to Commercial Lifecycle of Digital Health Apps), and (3) scaling key tools used in their distribution, specifically via the prescriber channel (AppScript). Really proud to have had our products and research featured in outlets such as the The Economist (multiple times), the NYT, TechCrunch, BBC Radio, Erik Topol’s twitter feed, and dozens of conferences.Working to have a similar impact on Precision Oncology RWD, where I perceive a significant opportunity to make the complexity of genomics and multi-modal datasets more accessible and therefore valuable to a broader base of users.
