I provided research and advice for directors, yield management, pricing, and outside groups as an analyst for Domestic Revenue Analysis.Worked on a premium cabin project that overhauled yield management, forecasting, rules, and pricing strategies across the entire system. Then wrote and taught a six week training course on the strategies to the department. The net result was a 20% increase in revenue in premium.Previously responsible for managing yield management strategies in coach and premium cabins on several high profile markets in Domestic US, Hawaii, Caribbean, and Latin America representing over $1 billion in revenue. Work with forecast and rules based system to determine the revenue-optimal availability across numerous possible fares using quantitative analysis and models that look at historical trends and forward looking data. Collaborate in a team environment in the development and analysis of market-wide strategies.

Advised the Bayan-Olgii Chamber of Commerce and the Mongolian Confederation of Credit Unions during my 2 years of service.While advising the Bayan-Olgii Chamber of Commerce, I led an effort to make it the official tourism agency for the area, including creating a tourism website, providing training, and expanding membership to include most of tourism related businesses in the province. Over a 12 month period, membership increased from 15 to 40 businesses, and paid staff increased from 1 to 3. Later I worked on a number of technical projects and capacity improvements with the credit union association including developed a new credit union-specific MIS software in the Mongolian language, planned a stabilization fund, created a website, and developed new deposit products.
