I manage multiple waterflooded fields: North Riley Unit, North Robertson Unit, SYCO Unit, Robertson Unit, Wharton Unit, South Harris Unit, West Fuhrman Mascho Unit, Northeast Furhman Mascho Unit, Block 10, and West Lovington Strawn Unit (New Mexico)Successfully identified and executed 4 Clearfork Horizontal drill wells, 4 vertical Clearfork producers, 1 dual injector drill wells, multiple waterflood conformance projects, and multiple recompletions projects, adding profitability and reserves to the books.When oil prices dipped in 2020, I advised management to maximize cash flows by optimizing well operations.As part of a team, I helped with 5 A&D projects, along with our own divestments.Day-to-day reservoir management of the fields include: reserves determinations every quarter, conducting reservoir studies, analysis of conformance opportunities, quarterly production and injection targets, workover recommendations, and surveillance of over 1100 producers.

Managed multiple waterflooded fields at Sheridan: West and East Howard Glasscock Units, Goldsmith Adobe Unit, South Central Robertson Unit, and the Fitts and Mid-Fitts Units and the Verden Unit in Oklahoma.I was able to identify lesser swept pay in Fitts, West Howard Glasscock, and South Central Robertson Units by analyzing historical completions and using production analysis to identify saturations of the different layers despite mostly comingled operations. This led to the generation of multiple conformance projects in those UnitsI was able to build a simplistic multi-layered waterflood model in South Central Robertson Unit by utilizing existing injection logs and dimensionless reservoir trends (WOR vs Recovery, WOR vs HCPVI, and Recovery vs HCPVI) scaled to 7 sublayers and history matched to the overall field. This was an attempt to show the response that could be achieved by redirecting injection in lesser swept sub-layersI was part of A&D team evaluation acquisitions evaluating upside and PDP value

I was the only reservoir engineer working with a production engineer as the full subsurface team.I was tasked with full field development and utilized dimensionless analysis to gauge Beta's depletion efficiency versus that of analogous fields.We drilled 7 infill producers from 2012 to 2014 (6 vertical, 1 horizontal) and I personally picked and landed the wells using tops and contours in Petra. Prior to drilling, the platforms made 4,000 bopd to over 6,000 bopd. The water-oil ratio also dropped from 5-6 to 2-3, due to the successes of the drilling program. I also wrote and permitted the first 2 drilling programs.With every new geologic interpretation (3 - orignial Aera/Shell, iReservoir model, Memorial geophysicist model), I developed a new depletion plan as the Beta reservoir was a highly faulted flower mound.I also coordinated and formulated mid-year reserves reports, taking LOS statements and determining variable and fixed costs, workover costs, and drill costs. I used decline curve analysis to determine remaining oil and with the depletion plans, added proved, probably, and possible reservesI managed our reservoir modeling consultants, iReservoir, who built our geologic and reservoir simulation model, prior to the Memorial acquisition. After acquisition, a Memorial geophysicist remodeled the geologic modelAfter the acquisition by memorial, I also worked with the A&D team on California properties
