PROCESS OPTIMIZATION Collaborated across teams, changing approval processes, making them repeatable for future deals, creating greater staff efficiency, and reducing time to final approval. COLLABORATION/INFLUENCE Successfully built bridges across dynamic, ever changing, matrixed organizations with key stakeholders across IP, Privacy, pricing, and other supporting teams that were required to escalate outside of normal boundaries, across the company, obtaining the approvals that were needed to close deals with customers.
