Promoted to top-level executive roles with management scope as large as multimillion-dollar book of business (more than 1/3 of total company revenues), several million dollars global OEM aftermarket business, 23 North American distributors, and operations for largest bowling chain worldwide (300+ locations). Oversaw major strategic accounts, product management, technical support, customer service, distributor channels, warehousing, global sourcing, licensing, and warranty administration. Major challenges: Most recently, strengthened product availability and shipping then led the charge to grow aftermarket revenues despite economic decline and associated customer base losses. Previously spearheaded efforts to improve the customer experience while lowering costs by consolidating fragmented and inconsistent service and warranty functions.Selected results:* Grew revenues 24%, cash flow 59%, and gross margins 21% in spite of general economic challenges.* Introduced series of external customer communication and sales strategies designed to gain market share from competitors.
