Currently working as Marketing Manager for EEC. Work with national media company on website content and development, Assist 12 providers in growing their own "practice" within EEC by building relationships with optometric and primary care providers. Organize continuing education events, lunch & learns etc. Develop local marketing materials. Track activity of referring providers. Communicate with EEC and referring providers regarding any challenges to doing business. Make sure referring providers have up to date marketing collateral. Prior to being Physician Liaison I was a Patient Advocate at Evergreen Eye Center. Problem resolution and process improvement are two of my specialties. I assist patients in getting their concerns heard by all levels of management, from shareholders to department managers and leads. Responding to surveys and social media reviews are also part of my responsibilities.I was Evergreen Eye Centers lead scheduler and also was responsible for processing primary care provider referrals. As lead, I supervised a team of 5 schedulers and was responsible for training, coaching, time management, payroll processing and discipline of the team.Before joining Evergreen Eye Center I spent 24 years working in the hospitality industry working for a Starwood property, as Guest Services Manager supervising a staff of up to 10-15. Ensuring our clinics provide patient centered care is both my personal and professional goal.
