During my tenure with Bristol Warren I have designed and implemented a district wide wireless network consisting of 365 wireless access points and 2 wireless controllers spanning 7 buildings of a VPLS WAN all with redundant links and hardware providing 99.998% uptime. I have implemented a robust backup solution and created a DR plan that minimizes downtime while providing a lower ROI. I have documented every aspect of the network/systems/service accounts which allows for a complete picture of the network and how it functions. I have implemented a ticketing system which has allowed complete tracking of all data metrics within the IT department and its services. I have migrated many major systems to cloud based solutions. I have designed and scripted complete account creation and update automation utilizing HR software exports. I have implemented monitoring of all network nodes to allow immediate responsiveness to any issue. I have secured all forward-facing systems and implemented internal systems to prevent local network attacks and access. I have spearheaded an initiative to remove systems that compromise sensitive information and train staff on data security. Audited all systems to provide monetary savings through efficiencies.
