Brian Crimmins is the Chief Operating Officer of Chaminade High School. As Chaminade continues to expand and enhance its mission, the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer marks a significant milestone in its 94+ year history. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Crimmins will report to President Bro. Thomas Cleary, S.M. ’81, and collaborate with the Board of Advisors and other key administrators, all working towards the continued advancement of Chaminade’s mission statement and core beliefs. He will oversee the Offices of Advancement, Alumni and Parent Relations, Campus Facilities, Communications and Marketing, the Treasurer, and finance and investments. He will also advise other areas within the school, including admissions, athletics, financial aid, and scholarships. Mr. Crimmins, who served as the CEO of Changing Our World, Inc. – a leading philanthropy and management consulting firm – brings a wealth of experience and deep commitment to education and leadership to his new role at Chaminade. During his tenure as CEO of Changing Our World, Brian steered the firm toward greater collaboration with its sister agencies from across Omnicom’s portfolio of brands; launched and was host of the firm’s popular virtual conference series, Forging Forward. With over 20 years’ experience, Brian has helped organizations and corporations turn philanthropic ideas into actionable purpose, driving tangible results that bring about positive change. Prior to becoming CEO, Brian worked extensively with nonprofit organizations on improving internal management, capacity building and installing an array of innovative fundraising programs for mission-critical organizations across all sectors including relief and development, healthcare, human services, education and faith-based.Brian holds a BS from St. John’s University and an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John’s Tobin School of Business. He is a graduate of the Omnicom Advanced Management Program, a partnership between Harvard Business School and Babson College. In addition, he is co-author of the best selling book, The Generosity Crisis - The Case for Radical Connection to Solve Humanity's Greatest Challenges.
