As the senior Program Manager, I delivered 18 projects, including Adaptive Path's largest and most conceptual work. I managed the porting of HealthDesk’s desktop product to a Web application. I identified product requirements, tracked costs, developed schedules and managed the transition from Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) data centers to a Web-based IVR application. I managed the team responsible for the co-branded member sites, the corporate Web site, and public health information Web magazine. I directed voice actors and handled sound production for CD and Web-based products. In 1998 HealthDesk was named the 7th best Bay-Area Internet Content company by the San Francisco Chronicle, behind Yahoo, Excite, Infoseek, Preview Travel, Worldtalk and C|NET. In early 1999, HealthDesk was acquired by Patient Infosystems.
