Responsible for modernizing Bloomberg's technologies and the the digital transformation necessary for automated enterprise workflows with Bloomberg product offerings. Manages a New York and London-based product and engineering organization that supports all globally integrated systems with Bloomberg offerings. These technology products are used by over 15,000+ Banks, Asset Managers and Broker Dealers around the world; the Financial Information Exchange (FIX), SWIFT payment network, Web Service API Platform, and connected Regulatory Reporting service bureaus are currently the largest of their kind in the world and supporting almost every Buy-Side and Sell-Side firm operating in capital markets around the world.Brian is also responsible for developing and managing a global practice of Solution Architects that provide custom solutions, enterprise delivery and managed services to clients operating in capital markets within every major region around the world. These Enterprise Architects operate out of Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, San Francisco, New York and London. Brian also defines and executes Bloomberg's firm-wide technology policies, operating guidelines, and cyber-security standards for Financial and Regulatory connected businesses and products. Brian is also responsible for the digital transformation and modernization of Bloomberg's technical delivery capabilities; these include strategic investments in maturing Bloomberg's IPaaS, Middleware and Managed Service strategies across capital markets, for firms leveraging automation, machine learning and other technology-driven approaches within financial services. Brian is also responsible for integrating Bloomberg acquisitions into the company's operating practice, such acquisitions include the Lehman Index, Barclay's Risk Analytic and Index Solutions - BRAIS, POINT Portfolio Analytics Platform, and the PolarLake EDM.

Designed and implemented several global environments for some of the largest Asset Managers in the world. Allowing Bloomberg functionality to provide Decision Support, Order Management, Execution and Middle Office capabilities to these firms' enterprise workflows. At the same time, opened Bloomberg systems and financial products to allow these firms to keep their own external systems for order generation, compliance, regulatory and post-trade processes.
