Acted as the conduit to take the voice of the customer to our design engineers in both Europe and the USA. First to market, gained 70% market share while growing revenue 31%.- Transitioned the company from a reliance on the mining and steel industries to the higher growth, higher margin recycling industry. Grew recycling industry to 40% of sales while increasing gross margin by 8%.- Drove organizational efforts to improve customer focus and eliminate non value-added procedures.- Set sales records in consecutive years despite significant weakness in target markets. - Developed and implemented a strategic marketing/business development plan that expanded the customer base 240% and reduced reliance on infrequent large orders.
