As the General Manager of eProperty Innovations, I leverage my 20 years of community development experience to build customer relationships with local governments and deliver strategic consulting projects. As Executive Director, I initiated the land bank's first acquisitions and dispositions of distressed assets; developed partnerships with municipalities, developers, and others; and identified cost-effective pathways to efficiently reposition tax-delinquent properties for productive use. A signature achievement was securing a commitment of up to $10 million from The Private Bank to finance acquisition and redevelopment of land bank homes by community developers. I also led the staffing of the organization and supported the board of directors, while maintaining an active and aggressive outreach schedule to educate community stakeholders about the land bank.
