Working at STARS Plastic Surgery involves calling patients, addressing their questions, as well as getting them scheduled. I am EMR trained and use this system to notate and do all my work, as well as use this system to create prescriptions for patients.My job duties include attending to all new patients' consultations/ follow up consultations, asking, and attaining the patient's medical information as well as concerns, issues, and medical/surgical history. Additionally, I am required to obtain the patient's medical records, such as lab results and pathology.
