Helped guide the Company through very rapid rapid growth from 12 to 150 employees. Acquired Sandbox.net and integrated its operations into Wall Street Sports to create Sandbox.com. Identified, analyzed and performed due diligence on multiple additional acquisition targets. Within four months of joining, led and closed a $14 million Series C venture round with new investors, completed two open audits and positioned the Company for an initial public offering. • Recruited banking team and drafted the Company’s S-1 in preparation for an IPO which was abandoned due to deteriorating market conditions.
