I am giving the local youth in Northern Rhode Island the opportunities to develop using sports to teach life lessons. I have implemented new sports programs such as NFL Flag football, volleyball, and street hockey and grew previously established programs like basketball, soccer and t-ball. Our athletic department has grown from 500 annual registrations in 2018 to over 3,000 in 2024.

I teach the basics of golf to kids ages 7-17 years old while using golf to teach life lessons as well.

I create and manage coed soccer leagues consisting of over 20 teams. I also manage youth soccer and flag football leagues from November to April. Handling payments and balances for teams and players. I managed the roller hockey leagues that grew to nearly $10,000 in monthly revenue. Market adult leagues using social media (Facebook) as well as flyers posted in our facility.

Organize programs for the teen population of Cumberland, Lincoln and other neighboring towns. Manage the indoor and outdoor soccer leagues at MacColl.

Assisted consumers with purchasing sporting goods, apparel and footwear for a variety of different sports.

Handled field bookings, birthday party bookings as well as set up and breakdowns of the fields in between events.
