In this role, I supported revenue growth by leading the pre-sales technical relationship with government and enterprise clients. I communicated feedback to the product and engineering teams to guide new product and feature development.I gather business requirements from customers in order to build proofs of concept using APIs, React.js, D3.js, and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies that include Node.js, Express.js, AWS, and Postgres.Over a period of nine months, I contributed to over $1M in revenue with an average deal size of $63K.My achievements included the publication of an open source Drag & Drop dashboard solution, Rapid Deploy (formerly called Quick Launch), that enables the development of a situational awareness application requiring little to no coding as well as a demo library of over 60+ demos for Account Executives and other Sales Engineers.

I supported the development of Ember.js components that added map and search functionality to the company’s ArcGIS Hub product.I also developed UX elements, including workflows and architecture diagrams that influenced final product designs.My focus was on design prototypes that ensured a consistent charting experience across the platform. Working with users, I secured feedback on designs and influenced product development.

Here, I led a project on a statewide government contract, overseeing all phases from design to delivery.I accelerated the development of a black and gray map to meet an aggressive deadline.I also developed social media and other initiatives for the Cartography Lab, using Twitter and GitHub to standardize code storage and bolster the visibility of lab activities through social media engagement.
