Oversaw the parking, transportation, mail services and Class of 1923 Ice Rink. I increased the use of alternative commuting modes by 5% over 3 years, put the rink in the black for two straight years after it had lost money for a decade, introduced propane to the Penn Transit fleet and advocated for a new online shipping system.

Development of long-term and short-term transportation plans and program implementation. Enhancement of parking and transit operations to improve the customer experience and reduce expenses. Creation of programs and services to increase use of commute options at Universities, campuses, activity centers, and large office buildings. Advocacy and development.

Directed the efforts and programs of eight staff, two transportation contractors, for $5.2 million Transportation and Parking division that reduced parking demand, increased public transit ridership, carpooling, biking and walking all while increasing parking revenue.Increased ridership on University-funded bus routes 100% in two years, lowering the cost.

Directed the $3 million transportation program and services including bus system, carpools, vanpools, biking and walking as well as instituting use of alternative fuels. Led four person staff including transportation contractor. Also managed the Clifton Corridor Transportation Management Association.Developed first area vanpool program that grew to 17.

Managed planning and technical assistance efforts for the Commute Connections division.By working with various stakeholders, government agencies, business groups and chambers of commerce, established five Transportation Management Associations (TMA) in the Atlanta area.Implemented Atlanta's first regional transportation incentive, the Guarantee Ride Home.
