Orinoco Gold was developing the Faina Goldfields Project located in the central Brazilian State of Goiás. It secured the backing of one of the world’s leading gold miners, AngloGold Ashanti, in exploring and developing the project. Oversaw a management transition backed by a significant shareholder.
