Responsible for the support of SAP's Sales and Distribution module. This includes daily support of user activity, maintenance of existing systems, development and/or configuration of new functionality or modules, and relationships with business managers.• Develop functionality, conceptual designs, and layout to meet business requirements. This includes the functional and technical design documents.• Provide input for and develop test plans.• Execute unit tests and system tests.• Update user scripts and business process documentation.• Develop LSMW’s for the loading of data.• IDOC maintenance.• Assume the role of project leader as required.• Train end users as required, including the creation of training material if needed.• A change control process is used to migrate all changes through the landscape, including the creation of test plans. The test plans are followed for correctness in both the development and quality assurance system before handed off to the end user.• Built a system to handle Merchant Rebates in ABAP. The system included Contracts, Rebate Pricing, and Rebate management. It was integrated with Sales Billing for Accruals and FI for Accounts Receivable. This system included extensive use of ALV, not just for displaying data, but for entry and validation of data as well. This system greatly increased the efficiency of the Merchant Rebate department allowing them to handle more transactions with reduced headcount.

• Team Lead for the Sales and Distribution module for the implementation of the SAP ERP package (release 4.6C). The SD team consisted of 8 – 10 people, from the related business areas and within IT. The phases of this project included requirements gathering, vendor selection, GAP analysis, blue printing, construction, and implementation.• Provided Project Leader support for multiple development and enhancement initiatives within SAP’s Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Financials, Variant Configurator, HR/Payroll, SAP Console and Reporting modules. Through these projects, I have gained broad based expertise in most major modules of the ERP system, and a strong understanding of the integration points between modules.• Project Leader for the implementation of the SAP ERP Enterprise Portal, providing a Web based management dashboard, remote user access, and a fully integrated Internet based Order Entry System.• Designed, constructed, and implemented a bolt-on sales order processing component, specifically developed to support the sales of pre-defined kitchen designs for the Builder market. This system allows Yorktowne to easily price thousands of possible kitchen layouts, based on variable configurations. Customers are provided with easy access to newly generated price books and sell sheets.• Led the implementation of the SAP Time Management Workplace as the Time & Attendance solution for the opening of a new manufacturing facility. The solution is integrated with the HR/Payroll modules, as well as Yorktowne’s shop floor scanning equipment for capturing time and attendance transactions.• Development and implementation of a Product Modification Analysis module. This reporting tool captures sales related data, and provides information for Marketing analysis of Yorktowne’s highly configurable product lines.• Performed presentations at SAP Tech Ed and at the semi-annual Configuration Work Group (CWG) conference.

• Provided analysis and programming support for a Y2K project. Developed a tool to track and monitor the progress of the project.• Developed a sub-system to streamline the entry and maintenance of a legacy system's customer data. The sub-system greatly improved customer data integrity, as well as increased accessibility.• Implemented a manufacturing production planning and capacity system. The tools allowed Manufacturing to set the plant capacity based on various product attributes. The order entry system could then give a more accurate and reliable delivery date to the customer. This allowed the plants to have a more balanced workload and improved efficiency.

• Implemented a sales automation system. Orders were no longer hand written and keyed in at the end of the day. They were entered by the sales representative at the customer site and electronically transmitted to the backend system. The sales representative also had access to customer history and accounts receivable information.• Lead a project to upgrade the backend packaged business system.• Completed contract negotiations with hardware and software providers to reduce costs.• Refined business processes in the warehouse to make them more efficient. This included receiving, catch weight, pick and load, and transportation planning.• Improved the physical inventory process. We went from having a shutdown day to not being shutdown at all.• Improved purchasing forecasting to reduce inventory and reduce out of stock situations.• Ettline belongs to a co-op called Nugget. I worked as part of a team of Nugget members to coordinate the collection of members’ purchase data to be used to improve volume pricing. I also did a presentation to Nugget members on the sales automation system we implemented.
