* Developed, implemented, evaluated and managed the Division’s $30 million-dollar operating budget comprised of the following operations: Primary Care Clinics, Foster Care Clinics, Breast Feeding Medicine Clinics, Environmental Health Clinics, Complex Care, Epidermolysis Bullosa, and School Based Health Centers* Accountable for the Division's revenue cycle management, including: optimizing revenue, ensuring complete and accurate physician and/or hospital billing and compliant coding, monitoring associated charge capture; creating competitive pricing, developing/expanding programs; effective denial management; and monthly revenue reporting. * Directed activities associated with the management of $2.6 million in external funded projects, including but not limited to developing and executing Divisional operating procedures for timely and compliant submissions of grant proposals. * Managed the academic, faculty and compliance affairs for the 27 faculty and 19 staff physicians housed across the Division.* Oversaw collections and revenue cycle operations for 80,000 annual patient visits spread across 19 outpatient clinics. * Supervisory responsibilities for 20 employees and served as primary support and contact for over 200 Divisional employees.* Primary financial and administrative lead for the Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) program instituted by the Ohio Department of Medicaid.

* Established the Pediatric Kidney Stone Center a multidisciplinary team designed to diagnose and assess patients with conditions related to kidney stones. * Directed financial and operational oversight of the following programs: Kidney Transplantation, Dialysis, Biomarker Laboratory, Clinical Laboratory. * Improved key Divisional productivity metrics including third next available metric and exam room utilization. * Monitored fiscal year operating budget of $6.5 million dollars. * Supervised 10 employees and served as primary support and contact for over 50 divisional employees.

* Prepared, coordinated, evaluated and managed the fiscal year operating and capital equipment budgets. * Coordinated the grant budgeting process as well as the preparation of internal and external forms necessary for grant submissions. * Provided day-to-day support regarding the operational and personnel issues for the center.* Monitored monthly financial account activity and reconcile discrepancies within divisional accounts. * Managed the development and implementation of divisional policies, procedures and philosophy as consistent with CCHMC policies and values. * Developed and coordinated inaugural Sports Medicine Research Golf Outing
