I have spent over two decades in senior leadership and consulting roles, leading a nationally recognized insurance distribution organization and their sales support teams.Throughout my career, I have provided strategic leadership through the transformation of traditional sales structures supporting the financial services and insurance industry, to multi-disciplined sales and support systems, integrated state-of-the-art products and processes, new processing technologies, data utilization, emerging D2C sales capabilities and tailored consultative and fulfillment results.Driving sales across the Financial Institutions Industry, I have partnered in the development of distribution platforms for firms including Morgan Stanley, Merrill, Truist, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, UBS, in addition to super regional and regional partners.During this time, my responsibilities have included: leading profitable national sales platforms, recruiting, coaching and talent retention of internal and external client facing point of sale professionals; enterprise business development and relationship management; and oversight of business unit profit & loss objectives.Additional responsibilities include oversight of national ultra-high net worth efforts, Private Client Solution teams, Advanced Markets and Concierge units reporting directly to me.
