Manage professional service projects for high value clients in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors, including new client implementations and system integrations. Act as subject matter expert for the professional service process inside the vertical and across the organization. Train, shadow, and coach project managers across the org and act as an escalation point for all projects in the vertical.

Manage client projects related to system integrations and Onboarding solutions. Partner with technology and development teams to meet project targets and deliver solutions. Track project activity and manage stakeholder communications and requirements.

Work with Product Management, Sales, Account Management, IT, and clients to architect, implement, and maintain client solutions. Additionally responsible for ensuring cost-efficient service delivery and a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external customers.

Manage Implementation projects for clients who are testing or onboarding Sterling's screening solutions. Obtain and document client requirements, and track their progress across all functional teams. Track deliverables from internal and external stakeholders. Test implemented solutions for functionality. Act as client's point of contact through the onboarding proces.

Act as subject matter expert for managed adjudication and work with new and current clients to onboard and update managed adjudication standards. Review standards with the compliance and production teams to ensure clarity on standards. Perform testing on new score models and work with various teams to troubleshoot, suggest fixes, etc.

Manage vendor network, including recruitment and selection, assist with search operations, manage and track quality issues, train and coach internal search operations and dispute resolution teams, document source descriptions and procedures.
