In addition, we have deployed strategic new capabilities including mobile apps for 4,000 crew leaders in the field, a CRM platform for 1,500 sales / account managers, a next gen customer portal, and sophisticated BI tools for performance management and analytics.▪ We have also supported the integration of 30+ acquisitions, enabling standard business solutions.▪ BrightView completed its IPO on the NYSE in 2018.

▪ Team successfully implemented ERP, CRM and content management solutions to support finance, HR, accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory management and other business functions.▪ Company was acquired by KKR private equity, resulting in a merger with The Brickman Group and new leadership role.

▪ Led global IT team in support of business functions including product engineering, sales, finance, HR, operations, supply chain and contract manufacturing.▪ In addition, the team managed the technology for engineering, data storage, networking, security, desktops, mobile devices, help desk and data center operations.▪ Successfully implemented global ERP solution for internal and external stakeholders. The team's achievement was recognized with a CEO Award.▪ Facilitated divestiture of business unit to Intel Corp.▪ Transitioned select application maintenance responsibilities to offshore partner.▪ Implemented ITSM processes for incident management and change control.

Transformed program operations from internal to customer-driven, enabled by a B2B e-commerce application.▪ Subsequently at Intel, led reengineering for intel.com Content Management functions, and separately global process design for a HRIS implementation.▪ At Caterpillar, conducted Sales Management business and system diagnostic.▪ At DFS (Duty Free Shoppers), led development and rollout of a global Merchandise Planning and Distribution system.▪ At Walt Disney, assisted the home video division with implementing a retail direct strategy. Led requirements definition, selection and implementation for a Sales and Inventory Planning system.▪ At CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce), assisted with ERP implementation.▪ Additional consulting work at Apple, Sun Microsystems, Times Mirror and Toyota.
