Having a professional home inspection at the time of home purchase provides an impartial view of the property and the home systems you may not have even thought to look for.I am a Certified Professional Inspector with over 150 hours of formal training through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and a Minnesota licensed Radon Measurement professional (RMEA00027). In Minnesota, a home inspector is not required to be certified to perform home inspection services, however, to provide the highest quality service to my clients, professional certification and professional radon licensing sets me apart from those lacking credentials.I know what to do and explain my findings in easy to understand language. I put concerns into perspective and help clients prioritize those concerns. My knowledge of home building systems includes assisting construction of a log home from foundation to finish, close involvement with the whole-house renovation including structural, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, general handyman and landscaping.
