My role encompasses the General Counsels office, as well as the data operations, and IT / InfoSec teams.If you want to hear about my squiggly career path - happy to chat!Previously I was the Head of European High Yield Research at 9fin - I wrote about all things LevFin, built out 9fin’s legal content offering, and helped to shape the overall product. I started my legal career as an associate in White & Case's Capital Markets Group in London. My experience included representing investment banks, private equity sponsors and companies in connection with international securities offerings, including high yield bond offerings and other Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings, as well as working on private placements, restructurings, liability management exercises, and corporate governance matters.
