- Diverse construction project management experience with broad healthcare construction background. - Experience in all phases of projects from preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, client relationship building, project management, field operations, scheduling, quality control and closeout. - Significant experience with project management, budget/cost management and emphasis on financial risk management in GMP, Cost-Plus Fee and Firm-Fixed-Price contracting methods. - Strong accountability for profit/loss. - Extensive experience in lead project management role working on multiple concurrent private-sector projects ranging from $1.5mil to over $100mil. - Proven track record of successful projects in lead roles on both private sector in excess of $100mil and federal government(DOD) projects in excess of $900mil.- Sports and entertainment facility experience.- K-12 education experience.Specialties: - Large projects- Healthcare construction, extensive experience with new ground hospital construction and additions as well as renovations of existing facilities working within active patient care areas- MEP building systems - CPR/First Aid/AED certified.- OSHA 30-Hr certified.- USACE / NAVFAC Construction Quality Management(CQM)Certificate.- ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC)- ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
