• Planned and resourced the execution of six critical operations, rapidly deploying IT maintenance teams across three Indo-Pacific countries while managing 180 employees and $52 million in property assets. • Developed junior managers by holding four successful staff development exercises, the first in the unit’s history. Created and executed scenarios that required technological, logistical, and Human Resourcing requirements.• Managed all logistical assets in one system, preventing overdue vehicular and IT system maintenance, the only department out of 15 to do so.

• System and Network Administrator. Managed and maintained over 400 user accounts and granted appropriate network rights under Information Assurance protocols. Provided excellent customer support for various customer technology issues, including network and system support. • Developed the network architecture for six different exercises requiring installing, operating, and maintaining the Military's computer networks and databases.• Analyzed and integrated the threat forecast for the organization's network and information systems operations and prevented opposing forces in a threat engagement exercise from infiltrating our network.

• Provided operational support to 140 people for over 40 assigned projects spanning 12 months. Managed 32 assets that provided network connectivity for organizations ranging from 20 to 4000 employees across three countries. • Recognized for creative maintenance management by dispersing 42 talented employees to critical sites to prevent network downtime for over 900 people on the installation.

• Planned, resourced, and executed a 12-month deployment of 120 Soldiers and related network equipment to five countries, resulting in successful NATO mission support. Received numerous awards and accolades for performance.• Managed over $11.25 million worth of organizational property across three continents.• Created and standardized security protocols for all applications and communication devices under Information Assurance, making it an organizational policy.

• Employed a leadership operations process to visualize, describe, direct, and assess the work of 57 department team members.• Responsible for the planning, resourcing and developing assigned projects to 14 signal systems that provided network connectivity across the United States to organizations ranging from 140 to over 4000 personnel.• Served as the right-hand person to the Department Manager and supported the Manager by devising policies and strategies to ensure the completion of department goals.• Always took the initiative to accomplish the assigned tasks without direction and was responsible for equipment and inventory equaling $30 million. • Built and developed cross-organizational relationships for business operations that crossed state lines.

Selected among 200 applicants to complete a summer internship from May to July 2014 and assigned to a project with four peers. Due to our application and focused study, our task was selected to continue into our senior year with further development by our five-person team. The project required monthly presentations to the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Head and our assigned project sponsor from the NSA. The experience culminated in a project's day event for the department, where we presented our research to over 150 attendees.

• Represented the United Military Academy at West Point and the U.S. Department of Defense on foreign soil. Interacted with the Mexican Military, including General Officers and Senior Noncommissioned Officers. Served as a liaison between the United States Military Academy and their academy for over 12 months.• Of Over 350 cadet applicants, only two were selected to represent the United States Military Academy and Department of Defense. The selection was based on academic performance and cultural and societal interactions.

The Emergent Leader Immersive Training Environment (ELITE) targets leadership and basic counseling for junior leaders in the U.S. Army. The ELITE experience incorporates a virtual human, classroom response technology, and real-time data tracking tools to support the instruction, practice, and assessment of interpersonal communication skills.While the Army recognizes that communication skills are essential, junior leaders often need more opportunities to practice critical interpersonal skills. If they do receive practice, live role-play sessions may be used. To provide a structured framework for teaching and practicing communication skills, ELITE replaces one human role-player with a life-sized virtual human. The virtual human component addresses the issues inherent to live role-play practice sessions that cannot be easily standardized, tracked, and assessed following the interaction.
