Brian DeMaagd, ASA, specializes in ESOP valuations, and provides Trustees with valuation and advisory services. Brian’s focus is providing ESOP transaction fairness and adequate consideration opinions, annual valuations, and valuation peer reviews for Trustees. Brian’s passion and vision is building long-term relationships with Trustees and their clients, employee-owners, and the communities served by the companies he is privileged to work with. Brian has been blessed with the opportunity to provide annual valuations, across a wide array of industries, for the Trustees of numerous ESOP Association Members. Many annual valuation relationships have continued for 15 consecutive years. Brian is a frequent speaker at ESOP Association events and has been able to provide ESOP education to many Accounting, Financial Advisory, and Banking Institutions. One of Brian’s greatest honors has been the opportunity to serve as the only current valuation professional elected as an Officer of the MI Chapter of the ESOP Association. Brian has been elected to this position by MI ESOP companies and their advisors for 10 consecutive years.
