Brian is a Global Account Director responsible for overseeing lease administration and subtenant management services on behalf of technology giant, Salesforce Inc. Salesforce's portfolio is made up of over 4m square feet of premium office space across 150+ global locations. Within the portfolio are nearly 40 subtenants. The teams' focus is to administer the leased portfolio timely and accurately, while creating a premium customer experience for the portfolio's subtenants.Prior to this, Brian was the System Real Estate Director within JLL's Work Dynamics Group where he had oversight for transaction management, property management and lease administration for Adventist Health's 28-hospital system spanning across the west coast and Hawaii. In his capacity, Brian introduced integrated strategies with multiple service lines to ensure seamless delivery, including Facility Operations [IFM], Sourcing, Energy Management, Emergency Management, Asset Management, Project Development Services and Compliance. This collaboration was driven by a OneTeam approach and led to countless instances of process improvement, cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement and increased customer/tenant satisfaction. Earlier in his career Brian was a VP/Sr. Transaction Manager on the Kaiser Permanente account. Prior to joining JLL Brian spent 6 years at Grubb & Ellis followed by nearly 3 years at DTZ.
