• Responsible for evaluation, selection, price negotiation and acquisition of real estate for the expansion of new and existing Casey’s stores in an assigned six state territory - WISC, MINN, ND, SD, NEB & KS.
• Perform town profiles to determine the most profitable locations by following prescribed site identification criteria and present selected properties to executive management for approval
• Extensive networking with real estate brokers and developers throughout assigned territory.
• Responsible for initial site design in coordination with construction team
• Meet with government entities including city councils, planning and zoning, civic and professional groups, to secure necessary approvals
• Liaison with internal departments such as legal, construction and operations
