Brian DiMarco is a highly experienced New Yorker who has been working in advertising, marketing, and food & beverage for over 30 years. He has worked with renowned brands such as Proctor & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, Panasonic, and Canon, managing their advertising and media. He has also overseen the branding of iconic beverages such as Budweiser, Stella Artois, Bacardi, and Martini & Rossi. During his time at The Food Network, he acquired advanced culinary and sommelier training while collaborating with culinary luminaries like Emeril Lagasse and Sarah Moulton. DiMarco has hosted a weekly radio talk show called "Unfiltered," where he raised the level of discourse around food, wine, and politics. He also founded Barterhouse Wines and Spirits, which generated over $100 million in sales. He is currently working on his legacy project, Harlem Standard American Whiskey, which puts a modern spin on a classic drink while honoring the cultural heritage of both Harlem and whiskey.
